A full-day training with up to 10 leaders, followed by 6 monthly facilitated check-ins designed to improve overall communication between teams. During the check-ins, members will share past and prospective conversations or confrontations to gain insight from facilitators and peers. Learning will be in the form of lecture, role play, and peer-based feedback using real-life conversations in the workplace.
